Rather then being a problem on specific machines, I think it is more an issues of the NVIDIA graphic chips which most of the Mac, and Mac portables use, ratrher look into that...

As a side note, you forgot one freeze type: Freeze of Doom: The client/graphics ingame freeze your entire computer, no mouse response, neither keyboard or anything else, the mac starts using more and more memory on both cpu and gpu, heat goes up....

I had the same today after installing the patch, but after rebooting, i could pass by and it is working fine. Haven't changed char since then. .... Lucky i guess, I thought already the finaly killed successfully the Mac client.... RIP EVE Mac
